Ilika Sour whey powder

Sour whey or acidic whey results in the use of acids to coagulate the milk protein to produce sour whey with a pH of 0.5 to 0.5. Sour whey is also produced from the production of Dutch and local (traditional) cheeses. Whey powder derived from acidic whey is high in lactose, protein, and minerals which, compared to fresh whey, contains less lecithin than sour whey, but lactic acid, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, More iron and copper.
